This home was built in the Woodmoor section of Monument in the 1970’s. As with most designs of the day. the master bedroom, closet, and bath was small. In addition the bath was dated and warn out. The master bedroom was on the second floor and the client did not wish to expand the main level. Our solution was to put the addition on post to create a covered porch below.
