Black Forest, Colorado – Garage Addition
Sometimes storage space is key and you just don’t have it. This garage bay addition helped this client add extra storage and a space for a large truck without sacrificing the curb appeal of the home. The bay was added on an angle allowing for extra space between the existing garage and the new area, maximizing the storage capability. It also added some interest to the façade of the home. Behind the garage a stone patio was added as well, making the outdoor space more useable. This modest addition packed in as much bang for the clients buck
