This historic home built in the early 20th century is quirky and beloved by its family, it just didn’t have enough space. A living room addition tucked away with the lower level of the home gave the family relaxation space for everyone, while the roof of the addition was turned into a rooftop deck perfect for entertaining and enjoying those beautiful Colorado vistas. This addition was built addressing some unique construction constraints due to the differences in building practice from the 1930’s to today, but Joyner Construction was up to the task.
