The client owned a great lot in Palmer Lake. They had a rough sketch of a log cabin similar to the photos below. After getting a price from us and other log cabin builders, they decided the price was out of their reach, The rough sketch was made into a construction drawings and the home built to the customer’s exact specification using a more cost effective construction.
