This home had a very small galley kitchen typical of the 1970s. There was not enough room to move around and work. Also there was a rear deck that was never used due to the intense sun and wind. The Client demolished the deck and sold the material on Craig’s List to defray some of the cost! We added a 12’ x 24’ addition put on posts to save costs. The new kitchen is spectacular and the client is very satisfied.
