Historic Renovation
This home was originally built in 1890 in downtown Colorado Springs! The master bedroom was about 10′ x 11′, the living room was dark, small, and had a low ceiling. The stairs required bending over to not bump your head when going to the second floor and exited into a bedroom.
The roof and windows were at the end of their design life and the siding was falling off. The front deck was rotted and unsafe. We handled the design, city variances, and all construction to restore this home while leaving an old world feeling.
