Our client for the project was the Methodist Church. The Church owns a chapel, camp and retreat in Divide CO. The caretaker was commuting to the compound so not on site 24/7. They commissioned us to design a well built, efficient 4 bedroom home for the caretaker. We designed a rustic style home with log supports for the front porch, exposed trusses painted light green to fit in with the pasture surrounding it. The home features 4 bedrooms all on the second floor, open kitchen, breakfast area, and living room. There is also a formal dining room for entertaining.
