Brooke Bedroom Addition Project
This home was built in the late 1800es or early 1900es. The master bedroom was at the top of low head room, narrow stairs. It was small and dark. There was only one bath room for the entire home.
The Client commissioned us to design and build a addition for a good sized master bedroom, master bath, and walk in closet. We went with wood trim stained to match as closely as possible the original. On the outside we went with low maintenance Hardi Plank siding so when they replace all the siding they can have the same clapboard look.
