Murten Kitchen Addition
Sometimes the simplest of adjustments make a world of a difference. This small 10×20 addition gave the client a new dining room and a covered porch. The lot in Colorado Springs was small and difficult to access for machinery, but our team was up for the task. Because of the new dining space, the existing dining room was absorbed into a new updated kitchen with custom hickory cabinets and quartz countertops. Upgraded lighting, electrical, flooring, and paint bring this addition/renovation up to modern standards. Opening up the kitchen to the living room now gives line of sight through the entire house, making this small starter home feel expansive, open, and airy, while the cathedral ceiling in the dining area makes that portion all the better.
