The client moved in with her daughter however this Colorado Springs home was just too small for the both of them to have their own space, so they decided to turn the one car garage into a bedroom and bathroom suite. Joyner construction was hired to design, plan and execute this small suite. We worked with the need to keep access to the backyard, make the bathroom functional for the future as the client went up in years, and update the daughter’s bathroom as well. The result was a mini master retreat our client could call her own.
