Joyner Construction designed and built this home in the mid-1990’s with an unfinished basement. When the owners needed more space they called us to come back and finish the basement. The project consisted of finishing approximately 1100 square feet with arched openings, hardwood floors, bath with heated tile flooring, fireplace, as well as adding a exterior entrance and kitchen.
