Our client had out grown there 3 car garage. He needed to use his 3 car garage like everybody; store his daily drivers, tractor, snow blower etc. He needed additional room for his sports car, scooter collection, and a hobbyist wood working area.
We designed a oversized 4 car garage. It featured insulated, finished walls, heat, epoxy floor. We did not want the house to look like it was attached to a storage unit complex so we put this garage perpendicular to the existing garage and styled the front to look like a extension of the house. We installed the additional driveway and retaining walls to access the side entry.
